Coffee 81 is a family favourite introduced/developed by our daughter, Beth Harvey, when she was working her way through university as a waitress.   Knowing how fussy we were with our coffee’s taste, strength and temperature, Beth created Coffee 81.  It’s a single shot with a precise amount of hot water topped with light whipped cream.  We once worked it out that it only contained 81 calories as well.  Yes, we have a thing about the number 81.  If you are tired of milk coffees then Coffee 81 is for you.  Ask for it next time you pop into Gallery 81.
